Our client was hired to design a new custom mill and needed a tank fabricator that could provide customized fabrication of 23 tanks. Each tank was different in size and orientation and had custom cone angles and discharge openings (round to rectangular, round to square, offset-draw and standard circular discharges).

Our skilled in-house design team was able to take the requirements and create a three dimensional model of the entire mill that properly showed the layout and orientation of all the bins. This modeling prevented clearance and installation issues that would have occurred had the client's initial layout been constructed without review. By working with our client, we were able to provide solutions that minimized any issues during installation.
