Custom Cement Silo and Support Structure

Our client, Essex Ready Mix, approached us with a requirement for additional cement storage capacity at their facility. Through discussions around their operational needs and site layout, we developed a custom solution consisting of a 150 MT cement powder silo supported on a drive-through structure. The silo was designed to stand 45 feet tall, with a support structure that provides 15 feet of clearance to allow for efficient truck access beneath. In addition to the structural design, particular attention was given to maintaining a consistent visual identity across the site. Our team incorporated Essex Ready Mix’s branding into the silo finish, carefully aligning the painted stripes with their existing silos using precise calculations.This project delivered a functional and visually integrated addition to their operation, supporting both material storage and site logistics.
